Wellness goes beyond the plate!
We need to care for our bodies in a holistic way, meaning looking at it in its totality. What we fuel our bodies as well as how we use, or in some cases abuse, our bodies all play into our total health.
I like to think of caring for the body as a trifecta: sleep, movement, and nutrition. As we increase our physical efforts, we need to increase our recovery efforts.
