The art of mindfulness and intuitive living
Do you find yourself tuned out of your daily life? Do you find yourself pulling into the driveway only to realize that you just left work and you have no recollection of the actual drive home? Do you rush through your meals not even tasting what you put into your mouth?
These are all examples of how our stressful days overtake our mind and slowly drown out our inner thoughts. We are so tuned out that we are turned off to our own internal signals.
