Summer mind|body|reset Program is starting June 22nd!
Are you lacking energy and motivation? Have your new year's goals fallen to the wayside? Do you need to reset your intentions and get back on track?
Feeling more alive starts by eating foods that naturally support your body's ability to generate energy. By supporting the mitochondrial powerhouses of our bodies, we increase our health and energy! The change of season is the perfect time to honor, clean up, and reflect on that which no longer serves us.
Is it time for you to push the reset button? I like to say that working with me you find the foods you need to knock out in order for you to rock out!
If you find yourself suffering from headaches, low energy, fatigue, stomach and GI issues, insomnia, lack of interest, or a general feeling of not feeling well - now is the perfect time to hit that reset button and go all in on your health so that you can enjoy the summer and start to feel the way you have always imagined - happy, healthy and shining from the inside out.
The program is divided into three phases:
Phase I – Pre/Prep
You’ll spend the first phase of the program cleaning up your eating habits and preparing your kitchen for what’s in store. You’ll start to eliminate a list of common allergenic foods, and introduce deliciously nutrient-dense whole foods into your body. During this phase, you can pick and choose your meals and snacks from over 50+ recipes to suit all types.
Phase II – Program
You’ll spend the second phase of the program resetting your body's reaction to foods and stress triggers. For seven days, you’ll follow the daily guide outlined in the included "At a Glance" manual and eat the suggested breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The meal planning has been done for you. You’ll restore your gut, ditch your sugar cravings, strengthen your cells and take complete control of your body. Can I get an Amen?!
Phase III - Transition
You’ll spend the last phase of the program in transition mode. During this phase, you’ll reintroduce certain foods on a day-by-day basis using the suggested meals in your "At a Glance" manual. You’ll devote time and energy to reflecting on how your body reacts to each food and uncover potential hidden food allergies. You’ll shed pounds, eliminate bloating, and discover which foods help your unique body thrive.
