Hello, I'm Jenniferlyn, the mind behind Shine
The Shine Lab is the result of my own personal journey with health and wellness.
I know first hand the struggles with weight, fatigue, and overall poor health. I am proud of how far I have come in my own life and am passionate about using my personal experiences along with the tools and knowledge that I have gained over the years in helping others to create their shining best lives.
I work hard and I play hard and I understand the reality of trying to "have it all" or to "make it all work". I also understand what the reality looks like.
I have taken an interesting and winding path on this journey to self discovery so that I can best help others. I am not a drill sergeant or boss - I am a guide, a gift giver and my sole purpose is to help light the way so that you can find the path for you.
I have a lot of training and clinical real world experience, all of which adds quite a few letters to the end of my name - but which all boil down to the fact that I am a constant seeker of information and scientifically backed methods.
What this does not mean is that I am a zealot of a particular dietary style or that I buy into fads. My saying is that with Shine - we ditch the dogma and say "Kale No!" to fads.
